The Harriet W. Sheridan Center for Teaching and Learning

Fellowships and Awards

The Sheridan Center offers regular fellowship opportunities for faculty to engage in teaching-focused peer learning communities. We also collaborate with the university to recognize teaching accomplishments by faculty and graduate students at the University Awards ceremony held annually in the spring.

The Sheridan Junior Faculty Teaching Fellows program is a yearlong, interdisciplinary learning community that invites a select group of junior faculty to engage in collaborative support, growth, and pedagogical development. The is based around a supportive peer cohort, providing a dedicated space to discuss the complexities of teaching and learning alongside fellow early-career colleagues and Sheridan staff.
The University recognizes the achievements of its faculty and graduate students each year at the University Awards Ceremony.
