Matthew Goode is the Director of Operations and the Brown Learning Collaborative in the Sheridan Center. In this role, he oversees daily Sheridan operations, marketing and communications, and staff hiring and onboarding; and he supports the development of the Brown Learning Collaborative and other undergraduate-facing initiatives. 

Formerly the Assistant Director for Operations and Program Management at Boston College’s Center for Teaching Excellence, Matthew also served as the Program Director, Global Executive MBA at the University of Minnesota. He has taught courses on intercultural competence for undergraduate students and adult learners, and he’s a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory. Matthew also produces the Cultural Perspectives Podcast.

Matthew earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in comparative and international development education at the University of Minnesota, and his B.A. in English at Carleton College.
