Joining Sheridan center in May 2024, Geeta has over 10+ years of professional experience in learning and development in corporate sectors.

Geeta has a proven track record of championing innovative learning experiences in alignment with program goals and leveraging technical acumen to integrate learning technologies. She enjoys designing learning solutions, collaborating with educational leaders, and transforming complex content into well-designed online and hybrid courses.

Prior to joining Sheridan Center, Geeta worked for National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) as learning design consultant and was instrumental in launching online courses in newly acquired LMS. She also worked at Oracle NetSuite for over 8 years as lead learning strategist, driving effective learning experiences for employee onboarding and skill development, and at Athenahealth as an Implementation Manager, optimizing financial systems user adoption.

She is known for her creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration and received many accolades for her commitment, hard work, and dedication to driving positive business impact.

Geeta earned her Master of Science degree in Learning Experience Design from Brandeis University and a B.S in Mathematics from Osmania University in India.
