Hi, I’m Frank Morang, a senior at Brown University studying business economics and a member of the varsity track and field team. As a Problem Solving Fellow, I’ve worked to improve student experiences through projects like the S/NC study, where we gathered insight from students and faculty to better understand the role of pass/fail in academic decision-making.

Recently, I’ve also been part of a team designing a leadership workshop for student-athletes, focused on helping captains build stronger skills in communication, accountability, and team culture. It’s been a meaningful way to think about leadership development beyond the classroom.
