Danielle Bazinet

With over 20 years of experience, Danielle is an accomplished educator in dance and theater, teaching students from PreK through the graduate level both synchronously and asynchronously. Her background also includes extensive work in directing and choreographing a diverse array of creative productions. As an instructional designer, she specializes in creating inclusive, innovative, and engaging learning environments, leveraging her expertise as a performing artist and educator.
Danielle is passionate about arts education and the importance of the 4C’s (creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking) in teaching and learning, and dedicates her research to this area. Her dissertation explored the ROI of studying theatre improvisation in higher education. Danielle is also an advocate for understanding and supporting the diverse learning preferences of students and when designing content, focuses on real-world applications, 21st-century skills & UDL (Universal Design for Learning).
Danielle holds an Ed.D. in Leadership in Higher Education from Regis College, an M.A. in Dance and Dance Education from New York University, and a B.A. in Theatre Education and Communications from Regis College.
